Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the property and work areas. Pets, vehicles, and personal items should be secured or removed prior to service. EPS Landscaping is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

6. Weather Conditions

Landscaping services may be affected by weather conditions. EPS Landscaping reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.

7. Workmanship Guarantee

EPS Landscaping strives to provide high-quality work. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so we can address and resolve them promptly.

8. Liability

EPS Landscaping is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or issues beyond our control. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any known hazards.
